Hapa Grill needed a touch of the local scene in their new restaurant. They wanted to see Salt Lake City, UT through the lens of Toaster. I sketched and designed the concept of an overhead view of downtown SLC choosing bright colors to fit their taqueria establishment and help create a fun atmosphere. I decided to incorporate the HAPA mascot as well as the State symbol, the beehive, into a colorful masterpiece for hungry spectators with cravings of music, tacos and the urban art scene rejoice. I was able to capture my process in a short time-lapse video.
